from 26 reviewsI look forward to it every month! I love sitting down with the new shipment, having a cup of tea, and reading the new lore. It's absolutely adorable
The subscription is packaged in the cutest way, and I feel like I get a lot of value for what I paid. It's not just tea, it's a sticker and a print (and I got a map, but I don't know if that comes with every one or just the first one). It was fun to just open it up and look through what I got.
The packet is bigger than a sample size and smaller than full size - enough for quite a few cups of tea. And I really enjoyed the tea that I received this month. It was high quality, well-blended, and unique. The sticker and print that came with were also good quality. Very cute, and would make a great gift, but I got it for myself and it's something nice to look forward to.
This is a lovely lapsang souchong. Not too smokey, smooth, dark. A great start to the day or warm up in cold weather.
I'm so excited this finally arrived, and it's super cute and soft! people like finding the animals hidden in the design, and it's a good excuse to plug an awesome tea company!
I learned about Morelitea at the NW Tea Festival and I was so impressed with the entire tea experience. It was not just sipping the perfect cup but having a nature character to keep you company in your journey while listening to soothing tunes and learning more about the character and his or her stories. I just felt this was brilliant and I loved it so much I signed up for the membership. First tea was green tea with a hint of peach and it was wonderful. I love the tea, I love the stories, I love the characters and I love the art. What a delightful experience it all is.
This tea was coziness in a cup. The smell absolutely makes you think of a cup of coffee, while the taste evokes it, yet still tastes of tea. A great pick me up for someone who can't have coffee but can still enjoy caffeinated drinks.
Shared a pot with my mom. We might have gone light on the leaf, resulting in a delicate but delicious cuppa. Whispery and beautiful. Looking forward to another pot.!
This was one of the first teas I tried from Morelitea and I fell in love with it from the start. It is such a cozy tea when the air and world gets cold and chilly, and you need something to curl up around. There's almost a latte quality with the milk powder, and the blueberry just adds an extra tartness (and blueberry pairs so well with citrus anyway)
It is such a lovely, warming, friendly tea
I really have enjoyed all the teas I've gotten from them. My family has as well. It has been fun to get different sample teas and the cute art and stories that come with them every month. There are only a few teas I go out of my way to get from one seller or a very specific type of tea, otherwise I use the tea from the club! I think the price is fair for what we are getting every month! So go on and give em a try! They are awesome!
I started drinking this almost as soon as i got it. London Fog is one of my preferred ways to enjoy Earl Grey, and this rendition is a lovely mix that is perfect with a spot of milk. I love the aroma of the lavender and blueberry, and it makes for a wonderful evening (and morning) treat.
This earl grey is a rather lovely tea. For the amount you get in the tub version, you are surely in for an over all body, and soul warming experience. The aroma that trailed from this reminds me of a nice winter day. While the flavor is a well balanced mix of lavender, subtle milkiness, and fruity earl grey.
As a person who isn’t too into drinking floral mixes, I’d say this is one worth drinking.
My only caveat is that you need to make sure to give this a good stir. The milk powder can clump at time and stick to you mug/container.
Good alternative to Preston when I want something that tastes more like tea and less like a bourbon barrel. Smoky, a little bit sweet, a little bit floral. I keep wanting to say the calendula tastes like dandelion but it's been so long since I ate a dandelion flower I'm not sure that's accurate. Not overwhelmingly citrusy, which I was worried about with the orange extract; you taste the orange, but if you didn't know it was there you might have trouble identifying it.
Very smoky, sort of woody. Recommend to anyone who has ever wanted to put a campfire in their mouth, or had applewood smoked meat and thought it could do with less meat and more smoke. You could probably get away with oversteeping this a little but I drink it too fast to be sure.
I tried cold brewing it and got a fascinating effect where the tea tasted like water and then had an extremely strong smoky aftertaste. Not really recommended, but something interesting to try if you have a bit to waste.
It's a fine hot tea, but I haven't had it hot often enough to form a strong opinion because I've been too busy cold brewing it for iced tea. Given the ingredients it would probably be fine if you hot brewed it and then iced it, but I haven't tried that. Fewer steps to stick it in a pitcher and stick the pitcher in the fridge.
Do shake or mix it before you portion it, the lemon peel rises to the top in transit and made my first batch mostly lemon flavored.
Great tea and adorable art. So much love goes into each product. A great gift too!
