- Custom or made-to-order items may take up to 7 business days to process.
- New subscription orders are shipped during the next shipping window. All subscription orders are shipped during the first 7 business days of the month.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
- Standard Shipping: Determined at checkout based on your area code (3-7 business days).
- Free Shipping: On orders over $75 (3-7 business days).
International Shipping:
- Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
