We do not work with third-party resellers such as Amazon, Temu, Etsy, etc. and wholesale suppliers found doing so will have their account closed.

If your request is approved we will reach out to you for your account address, request a resellers permit, and provide you with our wholesale contract to sign. We take off anywhere from 30-70% off MSRP depending on the product.

Our bulk tea is reserved exclusively for our cafe partners, we do not allow the resale of our exclusive tea blends under different branding so this keeps branding consistent for all our customers.

You can set the prices, so long as you sell goods for the same cost or more than what we list the product for full price on our website. Pricing our goods for less than our own listings can result in permanent removal from the wholesale program.

Each program lasts 3 months during one of our seasonal collections: winter, spring, summer, or fall. You may choose to work with us again, but we would then sign a new contract and agree to new terms.

Each tea purchased by a customer gives a flat rate profit based on our current wholesale pricing (for example, if wholesale is $15 each tea, and full price is $25, you earn $10 for each tea sold).
