By purchasing this deposit, the client (referred to as "you") agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Deposit and Payment

   • A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on your commission.
   • Half of the balance must be paid to proceed after approval of initial sketch.
   • The remaining balance must be paid in full before delivery of the final artwork.

2. Scope and Revisions

   • The commission will be created in the agreed-upon style and based on the details provided by you.
   • The commission includes up to two rounds of revisions during the sketch phase. Additional revisions will incur extra fees.

3. Delivery

   • The final artwork will be delivered in the format(s) agreed upon during initial discussions.
   • Previews of the work will include a watermark until full payment is received.

4. Usage Rights

   • This commission is for personal use only unless a commercial license has been purchased.
   • I retain the right to use the artwork for my portfolio, promotional materials, or social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

   • The deposit is non-refundable.
   • No refunds will be issued once the final artwork is delivered.

6. Communication and Deadlines

   • You agree to provide timely feedback and responses to ensure the commission proceeds smoothly.
   • Deadlines will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

By proceeding with the deposit payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
