Nilla

Born somewhere beyond the Mysts, Nilla is a sweet, cuddly, sleepy old bear who absolutely loves to spoil folks (especially kids) with his delicious, delectable baked treats and the bit of fond advice, here and there. Nilla learned at his grandmother's knee, and has been in the kitchen ever since he could wield a knife and a spatula. Cookies, cakes, and pastries of all sorts were plied upon family, neighbors, travelers, and anyone Nilla could hand them to, and his sweets and savories became the talk of not only his town, but the surrounding towns as well. He set up shop, and crowds came from all around; however, his baking eventually outpaced his locale, and his curiosity about new and fascinating ingredients sent him out into the world.

Given his personable and nurturing ways, Nilla is almost always on the lookout for those he feels he can support and lend a hand to; as such, when he happened across Cinna, he immediately took a liking to the young hedgehog and offered them a spot on his trading ship, and the opportunity for their budding fashion business to grow. Cinna gladly took him up on his offer, and the two quickly became something of a family. Their travels soon added Belle to the mix, and now the three of them ply their trades across all sorts of ports.
